It's not for very cold weather as it's not very insulating, but it is absolutely perfect for rain. I love the material which is made the trench coat so does my son. Very Cute Kids Trench Coat
I absolutely love this kids trench coat! Especially my son does so. I love the way it fits and the orange color. It is very thick with fabric in the front under the buttons (leaving the appearance of a bulge at the abdomen), and the string around the waist is a little wide making it difficult to tie into a bow. It also falls a tad short above the hips, but I like kids tops to be extra long. He doesn't get cold inside this kid trench coat. I love my young businessman!

Nice Choice
I just purchased kids trench coat for my 6 year old daughter. She picked out the orange one. It is very cute on her! It seems like it will be very warm. We sized up to a large even though she wears a size 7/8 because I wanted to make sure she could wear a sweater under the coat. Our winters are very cold! I am not sure yet how this trench coat will hold up to washing, but so far I am pleased. It is a good coat for the price!

Good Order Of A Kids Trench Coat
I bought this for my lovely girl for her 7-year birthday and she really likes it. It is very attractive and well made. It runs a little big but overall it is great. It seems it might be better for a shorter person as the sleeves did not run too long, which is a problem she sometime has with other jackets and for her the length was great (she is on the shorter side). We live in Dakota and for our temperature in the winter high 20's the trench coat is a perfect weight.
